Accommodation
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar in the open plan living area. The kitchen equipment does include a full size electric oven and hob, microwave, American style ‘fridge-freezer and a dishwasher.
*All 4 bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, have en suite shower rooms and toilets.
The main bedroom has a super king-size bed and a South facing balcony.
Bedroom 2 has 2 double beds.
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds.
Bedroom 4 is on the lower floor, has a king-size bed and its own seating area. It has also has access, via its patio doors, to the pool area and the garden beyond. The utility room is also located on this floor and is equipped with a large washing machine and tumble dryer.
Whilst the whole house is air-conditioned, the balconies do offer a light, cooling breeze throughout the house should you prefer that to air-conditioning and all 3 balconies have tables & chairs.
