£1,600 sterling per week.

April 17th-December 15th
£1,200 sterling per week.

Payment of a10% non-refundable deposit upon an agreed booking.
We also require, sadly, a £200 fully refundable breakage deposit. Any breakages exceeding
this £200 deposit must also be paid for.
Ixora is a non-smoking house. Please use the balconies if you need to.
The maximum number of guests is 8.
No pets, please.
Ixora’s owners are not liable for any personal injuries incurred during your stay at Ixora.
